Orders & pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Product use

The Pristine Steps Wash Bag is designed for machine-washing footwear. Always follow the care instructions provided and your shoe manufacturer's washing guidance. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, excessive temperatures, or washing footwear the manufacturer states is not machine-washable.

Shipping & returns

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping & Returns page and refunds in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
