30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund — whether the product is faulty or you've simply changed your mind. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused and in its original condition.

How to request a refund

Email us at liam.mogg@icloud.com with your order number and a short note about why you're returning it. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.
